Here are some fancy projects I made, I will sort by the personal favourites, not by github stars
YSFlight Warzone
It’s actually a lot of software tied togheter, which makes for one of the best YSFlight PVP server. Its made up of Sakuya AC, Remelia and a bunch of digital infra. Learnt a lot to deal with it and its deployed in a debian 9 shtbox lol. The code is actually propitary but if you wanna play feel free to join at https://warzone-scoreboard.theindiandev.in
As for the tech stack… Sakuya AC is written in Python and is the proxy server and Remelia(ysflight backend) is written in C++ and also I use Postgres and React + Next.js (sorry) for the web leaderboard frontend. All deployed on fancy GCP and AWS machines.
Sakuya AC
Sakuya AC is an independent project lol. It was meant to replace the really bad and slow YSFlight proxy servers. Sakuya AC is actually open source unlike Remelia and all. Its under GPL v3 license. Feel free to check it out. It taught me a lot about asyncronous packet handling and stuff in python… also helped me realise the true limit of python… its just that its slow. Python betrayed me… thanks to my homie skipper contributing to the the perfect and elegant ysflight proxy server!
Project Patchouli
Kind of a bad project, it was mostly for learning purpose, basically it takes a png image and then runs RDP algorithm and then seprates by color to creates “faces” to convert them to YSFLight 2D srf. The thing is, srf is a 3d format, so we just create colored “surfaces” and then put them on different z-levels. Not the most exiciting but def cool.
cirno math class
Propitary code but I will open source soon as I get proper assets. Currently the images are not drawn by real artists but is actually made by generative AI… Once I get proper licensing for the assets I will open source it. Made in nimlang and raylib. I had a lot of fun making this bullet hell engine, also I found my new favourite language : nimlang, the cross compilation and just overall syntax of this language is beautiful + its superfast on the web. Perfect for making 2D web games!
cirnoYSF (YSFlight Reforged)
I am sorry for… naming all of my projects after Touhou girls and making them related to YSFlight… speaking of which, almost 60% of the code I have written my entire life is somehow related to YSFlight. Also I learnt that vibe-coding is not the future, I thought I was on top of world because I could let claude do everything for me… and ended up with a unmaintable codebase. I am so sorry, but I will start work on it again.
cirnoYSF is supposed to be the super fast “based” fork of YSFlight, well its fast but its exactly not “based”. Not in the way I like it. Its written in pure C, C++ and OpenGL.
bad-apple-pdffile
Completely random project I made during winter break because I was bored and saw Epstein file case become a heated topic. Saw a few other youtubers perform the same stunt but really badly. So I played Bad Apple!! on Epstein files. I extracted the images of the pdf files and then extracted their feature vector and compared them with outline of video using KNN. Gave a really good result. I even ran doom by the same logic. This is my most starred GitHub repo. Only thing I learnt from this project is that the world runs on hype and nobody cares about the effort put behind it. Like I am happy, I have never got so many stars on a project before but then I have spent months on projects metioned above only to get like a few stars and this projects steals the spotlight in a day. Kinda crazy.
durvana
My best UI work? Also my most starred (before December 2025) GitHub repo, looks cool. I have nothing to say on it. Its a vanilla HTML/CSS/JS project which adds to cool lock screen to your unix computer. If I had to make a lock screen now I would really hate to touch web tech. I was not very experienced back then. I dislike web technologies overall.
YSFlight Discord Bot
One of my first large scale projects. I made it when I was 13 and I was… really proud of it. It’s written in discord.py, I have nothing much to say except for its a really fancy project. It initially was propitary and I open sourced it in 2025… well because nobody plays YSFlight anymore. The project is close to my heart…
Other projects
I have a few other projects I will brefily explain, they are mostly for specific reasons and I did not spent much time on them.
MUN Japan Projects : There are two of them lol. I was given to represent Japan at the MUN in my school. So I made a cool kisok for displaying Haiku and also a rating and feedback form on a tablet. The project has two parts to it:
The Haiku Kisok : Simple web tech nothing fancy, just a kisok.
The rating app: Had fun deploying python on android, it works really well ngl. Python is slow but performs just as good as a native app so its epic. ignore the database credentials in source code, I had to make it within 2 days, and on top of that on day of deployment something funny happened. It didn’t work, had to use a vpn on school tablet to get it running, failed to ressolve dns of my server for some reason. One my worst production failure ngl.
status-embed : Was supposed to be a alternative to c99.nl’s service. Had a good concept but I lost the will to work on it after sometime so yeah. Also no hosting costs from my side.
ysf-blender-modern : Another vibe coding failure- please ignore. Its supposed to a port of the ancient Blender 2.43 plugins for Blender 4. I promise I learnt my mistakes and won’t let AI touch my codebase again!!!
curl-bad-apple : Bad Apple… Touhou… just another attempt at making bad apple play with curl. I just wanted to learn how curl uses weird terminators in console so I made it. Uses fish and ffmpeg to extract out frames and then flask to serve it.
neofetch-weather-cache : nothing special, i suppose anyone can make it, uses systemd timer to update the weather data from wttr.in and wrtes to a text file instead of pulling it every time we open the terminal.
I have many random side projects, these are the ones I felt mentioning. Feel free to check my GitHub and stalk me there or something idk.
